  • All original components and accessories included
  • Original packaging intact

❌ Not Eligible for Return

  • Used merchandise, including items "taken out for a ride"
  • Footwear tested outdoors (test on carpet indoors only)
  • Helmets used outdoors (try on inside only)
  • Items with any signs of wear or damage

The cost of shipping the original item back to our Nairobi facility for the return is your responsibility.
